Last summer Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research Professor Joe Nation was hired by the Fullerton City Council to perform an “independent analysis of pension liabilities.” Professor Nation presented his findings during a study session held on September 18, 2012. The presentation was recorded, and available on the city’s website, along with a series of pages from what appeared to be a scanned Powerpoint from the presentation. However, the actual report was nowhere to be found online. I requested the full report, which was then emailed to me by the City Clerk’s office. I was prepared to upload it to this website for download by interested parties, but the city saved me the trouble by adding a link to it today:
