This Saturday, July 22, a 13 foot inflatable mosquito is scheduled to welcome visitors to an open house day that will also include free paper shredding and electronics recycling, as well as information booths and activities for children.
Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m,, visitors are invited to inspect the giant gas filled pest up close, and tour selected areas of City Hall, a property collectively owned by the public themselves.
Local police and fire vehicles will also reportedly be present, leading to speculation that the event may be unofficially co-hosted by a large, black urban assault SWAT tank.
